Terms of service
Last updated: July 3, 2026 ยท The English version of these terms governs.
The service
Whenna helps groups find a time everyone's free: create a plan, share its link, people mark availability, the best time surfaces, and it can be locked in and added to calendars. It's provided free of charge. Using Whenna means you accept these terms; if you don't, please don't use it.
Your content
You own what you enter โ plan titles, messages, availability. You give us only the license needed to store it and show it to the people you share the plan link with. Anyone with a plan's link can view and answer that plan, so share links with the people you intend.
Acceptable use
- No unlawful content or use, no harassment, no spam or bulk unsolicited invitations.
- No attempts to break, overload, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the service or other people's data.
- No scraping other people's plans; the public API and MCP interface are the supported ways to build on Whenna.
We may remove content or restrict access that violates these rules.
Accounts
Accounts are optional. You're responsible for the devices and email inbox that hold your sign-in methods. Delete your account anytime at /me.
Lifecycle & availability
Plans expire automatically (60 days after a plan's last date; 90 days of inactivity for recurring plans) as described in the privacy policy. We aim for the service to be fast and always up, but it's provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties. Don't use Whenna as the only record of anything critical.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of whenna.com is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, and total liability for any claim is limited to US $100.
Changes
We may update the service and these terms; material changes update the date above. Continuing to use Whenna after changes means you accept them.
